Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

Roles & Responsibilities

 

1. Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Architect the global Channel Marketing investment framework (customer segmentation, distributor mapping, AFG and NPI prioritization).
  • Lead the annual Channel Marketing planning process, translating Channel and BU growth priorities into actionable investment plans.
  • Establish and govern an outcome-based co-op allocation model aligned to strategic priorities and outcome goals.
  • Define KPI frameworks and measurement standards to ensure consistent performance evaluation across regions.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with BU Marketing, Sales, Finance, Strategy, Digital, and Sales Operations.

2. Market, Customer & Partner Insights

  • Generate and integrate market, customer, digital, and partner insights to define where and how the Channel should grow.
  • Lead Channel customer segmentation, identifying and prioritizing target customers and distributors by growth potential and strategic fit.
  • Own AFG opportunity mapping and NPI prioritization within the Channel.
  • Analyze POS/POP, pipeline, and engagement data to uncover whitespace opportunities and underpenetrated segments.

3. Investment Strategy & Performance Management

  • Develop annual Channel Marketing budget allocation models aligned to growth priorities and ROI expectations.
  • Optimize the investment mix across campaigns, enablement, digital activation, events, and training.
  • Establish performance dashboards tracking POS growth, campaign and training compliance, new customer acquisition
  • Conduct mid-year performance reviews with distributors, BUs and Channel leadership and reallocate investments based on measurable outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
  • Partner with Regional Engagement teams to ensure effective localization and activation of global priorities.
  • Ensure Channel Marketing investments drive incremental POS growth, AFG penetration, and new customer acquisition.

  • Measurable improvement in channel campaign performance and ROI through ongoing analysis and optimization.
  • Effective segmentation and AFG prioritization that guide investment and channel strategy decisions.
  • Delivery of comprehensive annual channel marketing plans with defined priorities, focus areas, and budget guidance.
  • Optimized investment mix across campaigns, events, communications, and enablement to maximize impact.
  • Strong data governance and well‑defined measurement systems enabling reliable performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrated team growth through effective mentoring and development of managers and high‑potential contributors.

Desired Candidate

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing within a B2B or technology environment.
  • Shift - 12pm - 9PM 
  • Proven track record in developing data‑driven marketing strategies and managing complex, cross‑functional programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer and partner segmentation, insights generation, and growth opportunity identification.
  • Strong background in campaign performance analytics, optimization, and KPI development.
  • Experience leading annual planning, investment strategy, and budget prioritization.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and operations.
  • Ability  to translate ambiguous insights into clear strategies, priorities, and action plans.
