Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

What your background should look like:

Criteria-
    Proven track record of handling digital products.
    Good understanding of HR systems, Competency management.
    Good understanding of Software development technologies..
    Defining a product roadmap and strategy for product development
    Participate in developing new concepts for future product.
    Manage the entire product life-cycle from strategic planning and functionality to product positioning
    Analyze and report data on product enhancements, errors, defects, and overall team performance
    Work closely with user experience, development, and quality assurance teams to create consumer-grade product usability
    Implement best practices 
    Work closely with PMO/ PM org & cross teams
    Take a user-centric approach to discovery (design thinking)
    Produce and prioritize product backlogs. 
    Design acceptance criteria and conduct thorough and structured user acceptance testing.
    Develop strong working relationships with digital agencies and partners. (doesn’t make sense)
    Regularly review processes and evaluate results to inform ongoing learni
