Job Overview


TE Connectivity's Digital Experience teams set digital product, feature and user experience strategies, prioritizing capabilities and delivery to drive ROI, focusing on customer research, online features/services, and user experience, including content strategy, interaction and visual design, contributing significantly to the overarching digital strategy as well as multi-channel Brand experience strategy. They direct and define an engaging and valuable experience for TE’s customers, collaborating with key partners (business, technology, marketing, etc.) to ensure that the integrity of the user experience is maintained during development through launch and appropriate plans and processes are in place to maintain and scale those experiences as appropriate. They partner with team members to define, track and test capabilities in an agile development life cycle and perform industry research as necessary to support feature definition and development. The team members have experience with responsive design, designing large scale websites, working with 3rd party agencies, agile practices including working with a product owner framework or similar function, creating/maintaining a Product/Feature backlog to prioritize capabilities for implementation, and the ability to define and clearly communicate detailed business requirements.

About the hiring team
TE Connectivity’s Industrial BU Digital Content Management Teams curate, publish and distribute relevant digital product data to its customers – be it directly to an OEM, via TE eStore, distributor platforms or communities, wholesalers or via Industry vertical search engines or other digital means to assure product content reach and ease of doing business to customer.


Digital Experience Analyst will lead and/or support the design, development and activation of digital product data and advance customer resources programs/ initiatives to improve the digital experience for customers on TE’s website and our partners.  

Job Description


•    Analysing and prioritize requirements received from Stakeholders and transfer these into a technical development plan
•    Define, launch, and manage engagement programs that leverage voice of customer (VOC) data and ‘moments that matter’ to promote a more customer-centric culture
•    Develop strategies, plan, and work along with SME and technical team to deploy digital commerce solutions
•    Work together with the SME’s and project managers on the overall project plan and ensure proper roll-out of advance customer resources programs (Examples: Product Selectors, Configurators, etc.)
•    Measure the effectiveness of implemented digital commerce solutions and enablers
•    Conduct competitor benchmarking activities to determine best-in-class Digital Experience (DX) processes capabilities and solution needed to increase purchase intent and ease of doing business 
•    Facilitate cross-functional discussions that reinforce the adoption of DX best practices 
•    Collaborate with external vendor and manage budgets for solution implementation 
•    Employ strong problem-solving skills with an owner mentality
•    Balance multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities across a shared resource pool in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
•    Willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic responsibilities
•    Develop a deep understanding of system dependencies, data sources, granularity, availability, and limitations
•    Achievement against collected targets of digital roadmap that will be measured and reported out in a tiered accountability process (Corporate, Segment, BU, etc.) to drive a sustainable high level of digital product data experience in line with the evolving market needs


•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering) Business, Marketing, or another related discipline

•    Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in deploying and change management of digital product data solutions to improve customer experience  
•    Experience with responsive design, working with 3rd party agencies, agile best practises in implementing digital commerce solutions 
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information to ensure successful implementations
•    Demonstrated experience/ knowledge of digital self-serve tools, like product selectors and configurators 
•    Independent self-starter able to work effectively in a cross functional environment
•    Utilize tools like Adobe Analytics and/ or Tableau to develop insight and recommendations to manage digital product data across the Industrial BU portfolio
•    Knowledge of engineering and/or digital product data maintenance tools is a plus
•    Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications 
•    Problem-solving skills and accountability level (taking ownership)
•    Good stakeholder management and strong communication skills
•    Demonstrate cross-functional teamwork to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
