Job Requirements

Preparing, analyzing, and issuing detailed production schedules and status reports to improve the accuracy level of the forecast.
Developing capacity models that provide visibility on future constraints, recovery timelines, and component demands.
Generating reports, analyzing reasons for the shortfall, developing systems, and installing procedures/processes to achieve the targets.
Reviewing material availability and production completion on time, defining procedures, stabilizing processes for material ordering, order acknowledgment, and tracking in-transit material and arrival.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously refine demand forecasts using historical sales data, cross-functional inputs (Sales, Account Management, Product Management), AI-driven forecasting techniques, and real-time demand signals to align with business strategy.
  • Monitor forecast performance and market intelligence by analyzing forecast accuracy, identifying variance drivers, and recommending corrective actions to improve forecasting reliability and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers and Product Management to capture customer-specific demand patterns, upcoming project requirements, product lifecycle stages, new product introductions (NPI), and end-of-life (EOL) planning in comprehensive demand forecasts.
  • Lead monthly demand review meetings to align stakeholders on forecast assumptions, changes, risks, and strategic priorities while ensuring clear communication and decision transparency.
  • Manage customer capacity validation by reviewing customer-submitted capacity checks, ensuring new program launch demand is accurately entered and tracked in the demand planning system, and coordinating with internal teams to proactively mitigate capacity risks before production commitments.
  • Deliver data-driven analysis and reporting by evaluating historical demand trends, seasonality, and ordering behavior to identify risks and opportunities, supporting inventory optimization and obsolescence reduction.
  • Prepare and present forecast accuracy reports, demand variance analyses, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, developing demand planning best practices, and contributing to the evolution of forecasting tools and methodologies.

Desired Candidate

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s Preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
  • Basic AI and data science knowledge including machine learning fundamentals, data visualization, and predictive analytics, combined with strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in demand planning tools (SAP IBP, SQL, Oracle, or equivalent) with S&OP/IBP process knowledge preferred, plus advanced MS Office capabilities (specially Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities to effectively interface with cross-functional teams and business partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, quickly adapt to new requirements, and maintain flexible working arrangements across different time zones per business needs
