IT Data Analyst is a data-oriented role, focused on delivering transparent MI package, process mining solutions, ad-hoc analysis combined with general sense of aesthetics and process optimization. What your background should look like:

•  Building solutions in Celonis EMS (application tools, reports, etc.) that help end to end functions across global FSC in their daily work
  •    Improving automated data pipeline of extraction, transfer, and load (ETL). 
  •    Maintaining system integrations and creating re-usable collateral, best practices & tools within reporting center
  •    Designing and developing the technical requirements of Celonis based on the approved Use Cases business process requirements from the FSC operations, aligned with the Celonis project pipeline
  •    Analyzing data & trends to manage use cases and propose for improving opportunities
  •    Being the point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests
  •    Continuously enabling users by providing best practices and tips on tool usage including conducting technical trainings•    Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and research skills with attention to detail
  •    Passion for identifying and solving issues using quantitative approaches and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  •    Proactive approach to process mining and other analytical tasks
  •    Ability to balance a fast-paced working environment with the need for precision, while applying pragmatism to solve data-related issues and achieve fast results if needed
  •    Very good SQL Knowledge, along with proficiency in SAP, Oracle ERP solutions
  •    At least 1 year of practical experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science
  •    Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent business English
  •    Additional programming skills (e.g., R, Python) and experience with Google BigQuery are a plus
  •    Experience in Process Mining, familiarity with Celonis or Signavio is a big plus
