The Campaign Specialist supports the Campaign Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across specified business units and segments. This role ensures campaign tactics are executed effectively across channels while maintaining alignment with campaign strategy, timelines, and operational processes.


The Campaign Specialist works closely with shared service teams such as digital marketing, content, marketing automation, creative, and events to coordinate campaign execution and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple marketing functions to drive successful campaign execution.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Campaign Planning and Execution

• Assist the Campaign Manager in planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Translate campaign plans into actionable programs and tactics for execution by shared service teams.
• Track campaign milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Maintain campaign documentation including campaign briefs, planning documents, and execution trackers.

 

Coordinate Campaign Execution with Shared Services
• Work closely with shared service teams including digital, content, marketing automation, creative, and events to ensure campaign programs and tactics are executed according to plan.
• Facilitate coordination between stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Track status of campaign deliverables and proactively identify potential delays or issues.

Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill campaign programs and tactics:

Ensure Alignment with Campaign Strategy

• Support the Campaign Manager in ensuring campaign tactics align with defined campaign objectives, messaging, and target audiences.
• Assist in maintaining consistency in campaign messaging and structure across campaign programs and channels.

Measure campaign performance and course correct as campaign execution unfolds:

 

Monitor Campaign Performance

• Assist in monitoring campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign reach.
• Support data collection and reporting activities by partnering with marketing operations and analytics teams.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

KEY EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: •

  • 5-7years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaign activities simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing platforms is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
