Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.

Responsibility:

· Create and execute team strategy aligned with BU priorities and values

· Lead, manage, and coach the global customer supply chain team

· Represent the global customer supply chain team to senior leadership

· Work closely and align across all functions of the business unit

· Identify, implement, and drive solutions for our strategic customer base

· Implement service level definitions and agreements across team

· Execute process improvement initiatives to drive improved performance

· Assist and/or lead commercial projects and data analytic efforts

· Resolve systematic delivery issues with strategic customers

· Incorporate acquired customers into the TE systems and processes

· Provide performance updates and team reviews

Desired Candidate profile

· Bachelors in business, Marketing, or related field

· Relevant work experience in commercial or project management role

· Experience leading/influencing change management

· Experience in transformation management

· Experience in leading global and diverse teams

· Fluent in English

· Knowledge of VOC, customer analytics, CE design and customer journey mapping

· Flexibility to travel globally as required

· Six Sigma, PMP or related certification is a plus
