Job Overview
The EMIA Change Management Coordinator is the TE EMIA support contact for Change Management related topics of TE AUT EMIA products and is the interface between the customer and the TE internal functions. This position supports the organization to follow internal Change Management processes and proceeds with proper escalation in case of deviations.
In addition, the Change Management Coordinator is responsible for informing via PCN/ Change Management Document about all changes and updates related to the change such as implementation dates update or any other relevant and necessary information.
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities
• Core team member for all TE AUT EMIA products change management projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Program Management to assess the impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate on digital projects with Aditrac, TEIS and other technical functions for development of digital solutions for the CMC team.
• Prepare PCN/ Change Management Document according to the internal TE procedures.
• Ensure tracking of documents availability in DSD in close cooperation with change owners during planning phase for all changes in AUT EMIA.
• Creates ePPAP requests for delivery Approval and impacted OEM in coordination with individual Customer Quality teams.
• Ensures follow up of project timings according to defined process KPIs and proceeds with proper escalation in case of deviations.
• Provide support to customer questionnaires and liaise with TE internal functions the respective feedback (HM Customers).
• Forward customer questionnaires to relevant Sales and PE teams for commercial and technical discussions (OEM/ CAM Customers).
• Update when required the PCN documents with implementation dates or any other relevant updates.
• Provide Delivery Releases to the Projects under CMC Responsibility under the defined targets and according to ATT_EMEA_057_2.
• Comply with QMP_EMEA_023 and all related procedures.
• Participate actively on process improvements and all related activities.
• Ensure communication and information sharing with team members.

Qualifications
- Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Relevant Experience in Automotive Industry
- Knowledge in statistics and basic tools of quality (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG, FMEA)
- VDA / AIAG PPAP / PPA requirements expert knowledge Quality background
- Strong understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP)
- Technical documentation interpretation
- Process to digital implementation knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Quality tools
- Strong personality, Target and result oriented
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
