Job Overview

The Customer Quality Performance and Systems Projects Team Member is responsible for acting as a  Digital and AI expert and support on all department improvement needs, ensuring high quality standards in regards to Quality services to the organization.

This role serves as the digital backbone of the team, ensuring that tools, systems, and processes are optimized to meet customer expectations and internal quality standards.

Job Requirements

Improvement Projects:

  • Lead and support cross-functional quality improvement initiatives with Aditrac, TEIS and other technical functions.
  • Identify process gaps and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

 

Digital Platform Support:

  • Act as the primary expert and support for digital tools used in Customer Quality (e.g.dashboards).
  • Act as the AI technical expert of the team, and support cross-functional quality improvement initiatives with Aditrac, TEIS and other technical functions.
  • Ensure systems are maintained, updated, and aligned with customer and internal requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on digital tools and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Production, Engineering, Logistics) to ensure alignment on quality initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and results to stakeholders.

  • Participate actively on process improvements and all related activities.
  • Ensure communication and information sharing with team members.

Qualifications

  • MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer or comparable
  • Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality
  • Quality background in Automotive
  • Experience with Tier 1 business operations and customer-specific standards.
  • Fluent business English verbal and writing
  • Strong Presentation skills and Strong Data Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms used in quality management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong AI knowledge
