Job Overview

This role will be part of the TE FSC’s that is responsible for building the Continuous Improvement culture within the Financial Solution Center (FSC) in India through creating, implementing, and sustaining overall continuous improvement and lean manufacturing programs within the FSC. This role will work closely with all levels of team members and management within the FSC India and coordinate/implement initiatives in alignment with the other regional FSCs. As a member of the FSC, this individual will support strategies and initiatives to enable achievement of strategic goals of Global FSC with emphasis on FSC India.

Job Requirements

•    Act as single point of contact and change agent within the FSC India when it comes to all continuous improvement related activities/initiatives
•    Lead the continuous improvement initiatives and promote culture changes in FSC India using TE Operating Advantage (TE tailored CI tools & program), CI tools and principles
•    Facilitate or co facilitate CI workshops (e.g. problem solving, process mapping, root cause analysis) based on FSC needs.
•    Contribute to defining project scope, baseline metrics, and expected benefits.
•    Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations summarizing CI projects and initiatives progress
•    Responsible for educating and training FSC India personnel on the use and practice of continuous improvement methodology and tools. 
•    Drives results primarily through influencing and collaborating with colleagues and peers.
•    Works closely with Automation Team in his/her region to ensure that projects identified are aligned with the prioritization and goals of the FSCs

•    Meet regularly with other CI Managers in other FSCs and share practices/challenges identified in his/her region to promote collaboration and teamwork
•    Deploy TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) requirements to all FSC personnel and ensure to achieve the required Star Level Requirements target; Promote TEOA success stories to inspire engagement in TEOA across the FSC

What your background should look like

•    5-7 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or project management, preferably within Shared Services
•    Experience supporting or managing CI projects in Finance & Accounting processes and facilitating Kaizen or problem‑solving workshops.
•    Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management principles; Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
•    Experience in working with different technologies will be an asset (i.e. SAP/ Celonis/Power BI, Power App, Power Automate)
•    Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent) is an asset.
•    Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements in SSC/BPO or other global, matrix organizations.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and interpret data related to accounting and operational processes.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
•    Higher education degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
