Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Business Development Teams identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business development strategies relating to the development of new products, technologies and services. They identify markets and determine the feasibility of business and product development. Our Teams perform economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities, develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

•    Detailed analysis of data & reports to support business initiatives to provide data driven business.
•    Validate, Analyse and Report information across MED Business unit (Spend, Sales, Inventory, Market Analysis)
•    Training new users of the system and administrate MED/TE applications if required.
•    Assist TEOA team on global/regional programs in writing up the most important activities, documents, work achievements, initiatives reports, SWI and success stories.
•    Draft and edit reports, concept notes, procedures, guidelines and proposals in coordination with MED team and management.
•    Meet with concerned MED teams/Department and partners on a regular basis to identify important reports and documentation needed for the status of the projects and activities.
•    Contract Analysis/Support: (for MEDICAL – Legal team)
o    Draft Letters (make copies of what was sent to vendor/Customer)
o    Act of Acceptance – process documents after Higher management signs:
o    Send documents to concerned department/person 
o    Keep track of what is added to Portal/Contracts.
o    Update status updates on Portal/Web sites
o    Correspond with business owners who have not returned countersigned agreements to ensure receipt of fully executed documents
o    File maintenance, organizing final files, scanning signed documents onto Zycus, file hard copy
o    Research as required
o    Review, and prepare Amendments, and other short documents for quick review and sign-off of Contract Analyst
o    Intercompany Agreements – find out entity name and address to complete the intercompany agreement templates for review and signature. Upload signed agreement to Zycus.
o    Process Work Schedules and update on Portal/ into Zycus
o    Develop and maintain spreadsheet on all contracts 
o    Generate quarterly renewal report from Zycus for Management. Assist business owners in gaining access to their documents in Zycus and/or obtain them for the business owners

o    Prepare reports as requested
o    Track MSAs to ensure Contracts, SOW, etc do not extend beyond MSA term
o    Assist Contract Analyst/Legal as required.
