Job Overview

Coordinates, supports and manages marketing plans and initiatives in alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, strategic sourcing, product marketing, etc.). Implements new product development and launch activities to drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participating in strategy sessions to identify new industry or product opportunities.
  • Partnering with various marketing and sales teams for industry intelligence.
  • Collaborating with internal business teams regarding market issues and initiatives.
  • Developing content that results in lead generation and product sales.
  • Collecting and analyzing data regarding customer needs, market trends, product concepts, and competitive evaluation.
  • Developing go-to-market and sales enablement tools to launch and promote key product ranges across all media.
  • Analyzing campaign performance, effectiveness, and growth and makes recommendations to improve response and ROI.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies to meet campaign requirements.
  • Collaborating with other marketing team members to develop compelling value propositions for products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level 
  • Business Analytics: Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to predict trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning.
  • Deliver to Achieve Plan: Knowledge of delivering results to meet or exceed established goals and objectives; ability to plan and organize both time and resources, in the short and long term, to get things completed and deliver financial impact.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.
  • Focus to Go Fast: Knowledge of setting priorities and delivering at pace by efficiently managing time and resources; ability to drive critical activities to completion.
  • Marketing Analytics: Knowledge of methodologies, technologies, and processes used to collect, analyze, and utilize marketing data; ability to evaluate the marketing effectiveness to predict future market behaviors and trends.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Knowledge of marketing campaign types, plans, strategies, and tools; ability to use this knowledge to design and launch effective marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Intelligence: Knowledge of market intelligence concepts, systems, and tools; ability to use this knowledge to determine market opportunities, strategies, metrics and facilitate data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Content Marketing: Knowledge of content marketing processes and techniques; ability to create, edit and update content on various platforms, websites and publications to ensure its quality and consistency in marketing programs/events.
  • New Product Development (NPD): Knowledge of methodology, processes, and strategies of new product development; ability to develop an effective new product development (NPD) strategy and process to generate a range of products, services, and value propositions aligned with the organization's overall marketing and business strategy.
  • Market Research: Knowledge of market research; ability to collect, collate and analyze information about existing or potential markets and market needs.
  • Marketing Channels: Knowledge of marketing options and opportunities; ability to advertise an organization's products, services and brand through various channels.
  • Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan.
