Job Overview

Gathers complex requirements, analyzes, plans, designs, configures, tests, deploys, rolls out, and maintains highly complex enterprise systems to support the organization and business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Customizing and implementing enterprise system components, modules, and features. Participating in the documentation and implementation of disaster recovery plans.
  • Facilitating the documentation of current business processes and future state mapping.
  • Monitoring the analysis of information and providing recommendations to address and overseeing the resolution of enterprise system and business issues for a specific function.
  • Customizing and configuring workflow to integrate client/server applications more effectively, testing layouts to ensure that the system meets corporate needs.
     

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Support GPMS application functionality by analyzing issues, validating business logic, and assisting with enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain application components using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web/API layers).
  • Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validations to support application processing and troubleshooting.
  • Perform full stack analysis and debugging across UI, service, and database layers.
  • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and data mappings.
  • Execute unit testing, functional testing, and regression testing for enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Assist in UAT support, including test data preparation, defect triaging, and validation of fixes.
  • Support production activities, including issue triage, root cause identification, and collaboration with senior technical owners.
  • Monitor application logs, queues, and reports to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Work closely with senior developers, integration teams, and functional stakeholders for requirement clarification and solution validation.

Desired Candidate

 

  • 4-7 years of experience in application development/support in enterprise systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET full stack development (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, basic front-end understanding).
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and basic stored procedures.
  • Good understanding of application architecture layers (UI, services, database) and ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
  • Experience with functional and regression testing, including test case creation and execution.
  • Ability to analyze issues and distinguish between data issues, code defects, and functional gaps.
  • Experience creating clear documentation for both functional and technical artifacts.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and development lifecycle practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to pricing, agreements, CPQ, or ERP-integrated systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of integration patterns (APIs, middleware, batch processing, file-based integrations).
  • Experience with debugging logs, batch/console jobs, and queue-based processing.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure to production support and incident management processes.
