Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic thinker, analytical storyteller, and trusted advisor to join our Industrial BU. This role is ideal for an analytics professional who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen and can transform complex data into actionable insights that influence strategic decisions and drive measurable business growth.
Job Requirements
• Own and manage analytics and insights for TE.com, product data, technical documentation, digital assets, and digital self-service tools (Configurator, Selector, Simulator, Product Finder, Sample Programs) to improve customer experience, engagement, conversion, and business performance.
• Analyze customer behavior, search activity, product findability, engagement patterns, and end-to-end customer journeys, including product views, datasheet downloads, CAD model downloads, sample requests, BOM, add-to-cart activity, checkout, and order conversion.
• Monitor product data completeness, taxonomy, facets, master data quality, content readiness, and performance of technical documentation including datasheets, catalogs, CAD models, application notes, drawings, and other digital assets. Develop required dashboard to measure Product data quality index (Data integrity).
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and BI solutions to track website performance, customer engagement, digital adoption, conversion, revenue impact, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, ad-hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities and improve digital experience, customer retention, and conversion rates.
• Integrate, consolidate, and analyze data from Adobe Analytics, GA4, SAP, TED 2.0 BI, Salesforce, Hybris PIM, Qualtrics, CRM platforms, distributor APIs, and other enterprise systems to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop centralized reporting and dashboards to monitor digital asset performance, content consistency, product visibility, and channel effectiveness across distributor networks, EWS platforms (Idea Connector, FAB-DIS), and EDA platforms (EPLAN, Zuken, TraceParts, CADENAS).
• Analyze distributor and partner ecosystem data through API integrations to measure product visibility, inventory, engagement, conversion, revenue performance, and content syndication across channels such as Mouser, DigiKey, Arrow, and other digital marketplaces.
• Utilize Voice of Customer (VOC), Qualtrics, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights to identify customer needs, business opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver compelling data storytelling, visualizations, and executive-level insights using Power BI, Tableau, Python, and analytics tools to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Measure and quantify the impact of digital initiatives on key business metrics, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue growth, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams to define KPIs, align priorities, and deliver measurable business value through analytics.
• Performance tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress using KPI and dashboards communicate updates and outcomes to team and stakeholders, highlight potential risk, bottle neck and provide recommendations digital experience improvement.
• Data Storytelling & Visualization: Deliver compelling narratives and executive-level dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python and other tools to drive data accessibility and adoption.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Deliver timely, insightful analyses to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Innovation & AI Adoption: Champion the use of generative and predictive AI models to enhance business reporting and decision-making. Able Monitor AI adoptions.
What your background should look like
• University degree bachelor’s in Engineering, degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, , Statistics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Insights, or related analytical functions.
• 4+ years of experience in customer journey analytics, digital engagement, website analytics, digital commerce, conversion funnel analysis, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SAP, TED 2.0 BI, Databricks, Salesforce, Hybris PIM, Qualtrics, CRM platforms, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and API-based data integrations.
• Proven experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation frameworks, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SAP, TED 2.0 BI, Databricks, Salesforce, Hybris PIM, Qualtrics, CRM platforms, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and API-based data integrations.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and analytics-driven business transformation.
