Job Overview

We’re seeking - a strategic thinker, analytical storyteller, and trusted advisor to our global marketing and commercial teams. This role is ideal for a seasoned analytics professional who combines technical depth with business acumen and has a proven ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights that influence decisions and drive measurable growth.

You will lead the end-to-end insights lifecycle - from defining analytical requirements and shaping data strategy, to building analytical frameworks, crafting visualizations, and delivering compelling data narratives that guide business strategy. You will act as a key bridge between data, technology, and business, ensuring insights are not only accurate but also actionable and aligned to organizational priorities.

In this role, you will work across marketing, sales, digital, and customer experience datasets to uncover performance drivers, identify growth opportunities, and forecast business outcomes. You’ll partner with other COE team members and translate raw data into stories that inspire confident decision-making - leveraging dashboards, deep-dive analyses, and predictive models.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Deliver strategic insights across marketing, sales funnel, digital engagement, and customer metrics.
  • Build dashboards and data stories using Power BI/Tableau/Python.
  • Apply advanced analytics: predictive modeling, clustering, NLP, A/B testing.
  • Measure campaign ROI, pipeline performance, CLV, and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead end‑to‑end BI solutions using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally and manage multiple analytics projects.
  • Drive AI/ML adoption and improve analytics maturity across teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with Databricks (SQL, Python, PySpark, Delta Lake).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, data engineering/science workloads).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Experience in working with data from CRM , marketing automation, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
