Your main tasks:
Manage purchase orders end-to-end: confirmation, follow-up, milestone tracking, backlog, escalations, and alignment (MOQ, pricing, delivery).
Ensure accurate Info Record and Source List data in line with MRP parameters.
Act as primary supplier contact, maintaining regular communication and escalating high-risk issues.
Collaborate with Planners and SQE to address material risks, availability, and inventory optimization.
Provide demand forecasts to suppliers, track shutdowns/holidays, and support planning accuracy.
Drive Procurement KPIs (delivery, quality, cost) through continuous improvement and issue resolution.
Enforce supplier portal compliance and support audits, certifications, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

 

Your ideal background:
University degree or equivalent education.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a matrix, multicultural environment.
Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in ERP system, preferred SAP and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
