Your daily tasks:
Order management – orders creation to the source, manage supplier on-time performance, work with carriers to expedite delays, work with customer care to provide the customer focus solutions, cooperate with warehouse on pending supplies and shipments with focus on timely deliveries.
Manage appropriate inventory level to achieve inventory turn target
Cooperate with other company departments like Purchasing, Logistic, Sales, Product Management, Demand Management to provide the best performance results
Review and manage monthly Sales & Operations Planning with key sources - delivery performance, Lead Time Accuracy, Past Due to Request level
Escalate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action

 


Your ideal background:
University degree or equivalent 
At least 1 year of experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent 
Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills 
Advanced English both written and spoken, local Language is a plus
SAP knowledge will be an additional advantage
