Supply Chain Planner

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Planner is an integral part of the overall Supply Chain Organization and is responsible for the end-to-end flow of TE products from TE Suppliers to TE Customers. Moreover, the function drives the achievement of relevant Supply Chain KPIs and plans the efficient and effective flow of the products via purchase order management, backlog management, managing delivery performance, inventory levels, and driving lead time performance. 



  • Backlog management - creating deliveries manually for finished products to customer when necessary, dealing with ZPWL release blocks, updating LRC (Logistics Research Centre) and visualizing new confirmation dates in SAP. Timely answering customers escalations. 
  • PO Management (Purchase Order creation, PO Confirmation, Follow-up). 
  • Reducing Past dues, managing Pull-ins and driving improvement actions. 
  • Reviewing and managing suppliers’ portfolios. 
  • Monitoring Material Requirement Planning exception reports for Finished Goods. 
  • Analyzing & maintaining planning related reports. 
  • Performing root causes analysis of late deliveries for finished goods. 
  • Elevating supply issues to manager, working for resolution and executing the determined course of action. 
  • Conducting continuous improvement activity alone and with teams to impact planning KPIs.

What your background should look like:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within the area of Material Planning, Production Planning or Procurement or equivalent. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
  • Very good English and Polish skills (at least B2). 
  • Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. 
  • Good project management skills and ability to multi-task. 
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams. 
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude. 
  • Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels.
