Job Overview

TE's Payroll teams prepare, document and disburse payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. They evaluate current systems, and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements. They also serve as liaison to employees and third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies, monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments and deductions and prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including items such as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.

What your background should look like:

Currently we are looking for Team Leader to Payroll and Administration Team for 18 months with possibility to extend contract for permanent time. 

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Implement new payroll & personnel system,
  • Build competency in managing team to be shared service center for all locations in Poland,
  • Handle changes in labor law and internal policies (implementation in HR systems all required documents),
  • Participates in HR projects,
  • Manages SOX compliance of payroll and administration processes,
  • Sets rules and procedures within the team and the cooperation with other teams in HR,
  • Coordinates cooperation with payroll outsourcing company,
  • Coordinates work in directed organizational unit and cooperates with other organizational units,
  • Supervises and controls inside and outside documents circulation in range of directed organizational unit,
  • Identifies development needs of the team members, related to duties on particular position,
  • Shares knowledge and experience with co-workers and supports them.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Has skills and knowledge, that allows independent performance of duties in standard situations and nonstandard
  • situations,
  • Has knowledge in the field of payroll and personnel administration management, supported by 5 years of experience, including in managerial or project positions
  • Has an experience in implementation of projects
  • Has an experience in building shared service center for payroll & personnel functions,
  • Has an experience in implementation of payroll & personnel systems 
  • Excellent administration skills and good organization skills with attention to detail.
