Your main tasks:
• Maintain product lifecycle (eg. implement product modifications; process engineering changes; etc)
• Support production readiness and advice on manufacturability (eg. assess product / manufacturing deviations; support internal functions on Customer complaints; etc)
• Assist in new product introductions at manufacturing
• Update technical information like 3D models, Drawings, Bills of Material, Datasheets
• Coordinate products re-validation and testing
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives
Your ideal background:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Experience in product design and product lifecycle management — ideally with die casting, molding and/or stamping
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments
• Understanding of design standards and documentation
• Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., CREO / Inventor or similar)
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
