Manufacturing Engineer

Join us as a Process Engineer and help shape efficient, high-quality cable assembly through smart process improvements and cross-team collaboration. If you're hands-on, analytical, and ready to make an impact—this role is for you.

Your main tasks:

• Development and optimization of process parameters in cable production
• Establishing and implementing technological standards for serial production and new launches in the Cable Assembly department
• Conducting technological trials and implementing new solutions
• Identifying and eliminating causes of process and quality issues
• Organizing and implementing production machinery, equipment, and tooling
• Collaboration with departments: technology, quality, production, and R&D
• Participation in cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects (OEE)
• Support in FMEA, SPC analyses and Lean/Six Sigma activities

Your ideal background:

• Technical education – preferred fields: Production Engineering, Plastics Processing, Mechanics or related
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with cable assembly processes
• Practical knowledge of operating equipment and machines used in cable harness production
• Familiarity with technical drawings and basic analytical tools
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, independence, and proactivity
• English language proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and communicating in an international environment
