Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.



  • Order Management - purchase order creation, PO confirmation, manage supplier on-time performance, work with carriers and customer care, cooperate with warehouse on pending supplies and shipments with focus on timely deliveries
  • Review and manage suppliers’ portfolios on regular basis
  • Cooperate with other company departments: Purchasing, Logistic, Sales, Product Management, Demand Management to provide the best performance results
  • Focus on activities: individually and with team to impact on planning KPIs – delivery performance, inventory, lead times and reducing volume of past due request  
  • Escalate supply issues to manager, work for resolution and execute the determined course of action

What your background should look like:

  • Communicative English (at least B1 level)
  • Fluent Polish
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Very good communication and solving-problem skills
  • Ability to multi-tasking with demonstrate customer focus and continues improvement attitude
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to build strong relationships within the team as well as with customers
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams
