Finance Analyst Commercial/PM Finance

Job Overview

Responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to the Sales Leaders and/or Product General Manager and Product Management team. These positions are expected to ensure profitable growth by improving Sales and/or Product Management performance through enhanced analysis, reporting, key performance indicator tracking, and follow up on critical items. Financial responsibilities include evaluating PAC projects, capital investments, product extensions, product pricing and rebate agreements, Strategic Plan process and long term P&L modelling, competitive and scenario analyses, driving financial intelligence and rigor across Finance and other non-Finance functions. 

What your background should look like:

•    Coordination of S&OP Finance – taking Demand and supply constraints inputs as well as statical forecasts to create Revenue forecast by product line
•    Forecasting:  Bookings, ASG Transfers, Revenue, Std Cost, AR
•    Preparation of regular analysis and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
•    AR/Credit coordination and improvement for EMEA and Americas
•    Analysis of Mix, standard margin
•    Managing revenue recognition
•    Reporting of Booking / Billing and Margins
•    Manage revenue related accruals
•    Perform regular pricing reviews and financial impact assessment
•    Be the finance partner of sales team and continuously drive internal customer’s satisfactory
•    Actively involve into TEOA-F and digitalization projects and drive process improvement

Requierements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics

•    Background of working at finance / business analysis positions in multinational companies for no less than 3 years

•    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, TED, SAC).

•    Ability to work across the global with senior leaders in organization

•    Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance team 

•    Fluent in English
