Business Process Analyst

Job Overview

The business process analyst will be responsible for reporting and working closely with each commodity team to support to reach all procurement KPIs in delivery, productivity, cost, and quality. Moreover, this position is responsible for driving and supporting all projects and assignments related to process improvement and cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

•    Develop and maintain weekly/monthly global reporting dashboard for procurement related KPIs, maintain reporting accuracy, participate data related, such as system migration projects
•    Weekly / Monthly KPI reporting, tracking and follow-ups with EMEA commodity teams: including not limited to CMP, TEBIT, STR, DLPM, lead time, payment terms
•    Weekly invoice management (FIS report, late payment tracking and follow-ups)
•    Monthly / Quarterly forecast reporting
•    Monthly metal and copper price update in system
•    Info records and source list update to support EMEA commodity teams
•    Creation of POs mainly for but not limited to tooling and Capex, Scheduling agreements, Quantity contracts
•    SSU creation upon request
•    Supplier performance and scorecard management 
•    Supplier Risk management, Capacity and Capabilities management (including lead time and MOQ management)
•    Inventory check on suppliers’ upon request
•    Deviation request on indirect materials upon request
•    Drive and support special requirements (such as annual long-term declarations, material certifications, etc.)
•    Support insourcing activities lead by operations and participate in supplier quality audit
•    Capex and indirect spend support upon request
•    Data analysis upon request
•    Other reporting and tracking on demand
•    Special projects (such as RFQs, compliance, internet labelling, process improvement and TE policies, etc.)
 

What your background should look like:

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
•    Bachelor degree in Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
•    BE or B.Tech (Electronic, Mechanical or any) 


CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
•    5+ years’ experience in field of strategic sourcing, reporting and process improvement, project management.

 

COMPETENCIES
•    Excellent problem solving and communication skills 
•    Strong Data Analytics skills -- SAP MM, Excel, Powerpoint 
•    Well organized, Self disciplined, ability to work interpedently   minimum supervision is preferred
•    Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
•    Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task 
•    Proven track record in negotiation skills 
•    Excellent written and spoken English skills, French and German skills preferred
