Power BI Data Analyst - Fixed Term Assignment
Location - Bangalore

We are looking for a Power BI Data Analyst to support our Customer Service and Operations teams by designing, building, and maintaining data-driven dashboards and performance tracking tools. This role is critical to help transform raw data coming from multiple enterprise systems (such as SAP, TED 2.0, Salesforce, and other internal tools) into clear, reliable, and actionable insights. 
The position is a temporary assignment (approximately 6 months) and can be performed remotely from India, with an optional connection to our Bangalore site. 

Responsibilities

• Collecting, extracting, and consolidating data from multiple sources, including SAP, Salesforce, TED 2.0, and other internal databases 
• Preparing, cleaning, and transforming datasets to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability 
• Designing and building interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor operational and performance KPIs 
• Developing data models, measures, and calculations (DAX, Power Query) aligned with business requirements 
• Working closely with business stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, Operations) to understand reporting needs and translate them into meaningful visualizations 
• Adhering to TE Connectivity data standards, governance, and best practices 
• Ensuring dashboards are user-friendly, well-documented, and scalable Supporting continuous improvement of reporting tools based on user feedback

Qualifications& Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role, with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI
• Solid experience in data preparation and transformation, ideally using Power Query, SQL, or similar tools
• Experience working with ERP / CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce (or comparable enterprise systems)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights
• Comfortable working with large and complex datasets
• Ability to work independently in a remote / home-office environment
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
