Job Overview

  • Support development of robust strategic plan.
  • Effectively translate business requests into well-defined problems.
  • Collaborates with the cross functional teams to solve complex business problems.
  • Develop strategies and approaches to fulfill complex project assignments in creative and meaningful ways.
  • Identify key trends across markets, industries, and competitors that affect our businesses.
  • Analyze industry structure, competitive dynamics, market attractiveness, technology and regulatory trends. Project likely evolutions to inform strategy development.
  • Identify investment areas, build M&A pipeline, and lead dual diligence process
  • Create analytical models to address key business questions and translate output into clear stories.
  • Lead the overall fact base creation and communication process.
  • Contribute to the professional development of Analysts.

What your background should look like:

  • 8 year or more of professional experience
  • Manager level experience with a top tier General Management Consulting Firm or Corporation, with a focus on high tech or diversified industrials clients, is preferred but not required.
  • Individual should be a strategy practitioner well versed in the theory and tools of strategy formulation as well as the practical implementation of strategy within a complex organization
  • Well-honed understanding of the key levers to deliver superior and consistent total shareholder return (TSR)
  • Operational track record of dealing with strategic business issues including industry structure, operations strategy, and finance
  • Familiarity with project management tools, and phases of the project lifecycle – with experience applying these skills in managing teams and leading projects
