Job Overview
What your background should look like:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient customer service, order and claims follow-up, and coordination with other departments to guarantee timely delivery of products and services. The role aims to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to the sales team.
•Handle and follow up on customer orders and requests.
•Enter and analyze orders in the system.
•Coordinate manufacturing priorities and verify deliveries.
•Route and manage customer claims, acting as a liaison with other departments.
•Provide customers with commercial conditions, product availability, and lead times.
•Coordinate the onboarding of new customers and maintain vendor registrations.
•Analyze alternatives when orders cannot be fulfilled on time.
•Receive, verify, and follow up on customer account statements.
•Ensure compliance with legal requirements for bids and manage guarantees.
•Participate in internal and external audits (ISO).
•Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys with the Quality Department.
•Manage drops and exports, coordinating with different origins and destinations.
•Coordinate internal requisitions (supplies, corporate gifts, company vehicles, promotional materials).
•Responsible for all listed activities within the Argentine market.
Job Requirements
•Formal Education: High school diploma (required). Preferred: Tertiary or university studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
•Professional Experience: At least 2 years in administrative or customer service roles. Preferred: 3 years in similar roles within industrial or corporate environments.
•Technical Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of administrative and logistics processes. English: Intermediate (advanced preferred). Portuguese: Intermediate (preferred).
•Skills / Competencies: Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities, autonomy and flexibility, organizational and analytical skills, results-oriented.
