Job scope

•    Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
•    Identifies and corrects issues that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes by analyzing information and generating ideas.
•    Delivers results according to specific targets in direct support of department objectives


•    Responsible for IT infrastructure (voice/data networks, firewalls, phone systems, video conference systems, proxy servers, DNS, domain controllers, WAN optimization controllers, monitoring software and security systems).
•    Defines, designs, and implements network communications and solution improvements.
•    Analyses, designs, acquires, and implements projects for LAN and/or WAN systems.
•    Plans, designs, acquires, and implements telecommunications voice/wire systems.
•    Proposes and implements system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

What your background should look like

•    Secondary education, the degree is considered an advantage
•    1 year experience in networking field
•    CISCO CCNA or equivalent knowledge
•    Fluent English knowledge in verbal & written
