FULLY REMOTE POSITION

 

Your main tasks:

  • Implement enterprise-wide Supplier Collaboration for Supply Chain solutions.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirements specifications, data mapping, and diagrams to explain all application development phases.
  • Manage and coordinate all project team activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting all project progress.  
  • Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
  • Meet with users, management, and other TEIS GAS Team Analysts and Business users to define business requirements in sufficient detail to determine the appropriate technical or development configuration (Java/.Net/SAAS) required.
  • Oversee the work of other Project Team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness 
  • Own a set of functional topics as an SME (Subject Matter Expert)


Your ideal background:

  • 5+ years relevant IT experience implementing enterprise-wide Supply Chain, and/or eBusiness solutions with at least 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and delivering results through others in business development or a similar field (software solutions, IT development) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a business analyst role or similar experience in a business setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Understand and implement SAAS tool solutions with third-party vendors.. 
  • Hands-on coding experience in at least one of the following - Java/J2EE technologies like Core Java, Servlets JSP/JSF, Struts, Webservices, iBatis, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Good knowledge at least one of the following - Eclipse, Websphere, ChartFX, AWS, Jenkins & Anthill.
  • Experience in at leas one of the following - UNIX, Solaris, SFTP, Oracle, SQL Server, Toad SVN, and MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle PL SQL, and Tomcat Server.
  • Knowledge of backend systems like SAP, MQ, EDI interface, Network Firewalls & IIS servers.
