About the Role
At TE Connectivity, we believe that diverse perspectives drive better outcomes — for our teams, our partners, and our customers. We're looking for a Channel Branch Account Manager to help grow our distribution business across Central & Northern Europe (DACH, Benelux, Nordics).
This is a relationship-first, remote-friendly role where you'll partner closely with our distributors to drive growth, build trust, and bring TE's portfolio to life across industrial applications — with a particular focus on expanding our presence within the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) segment across EMEA. What You'll Do
- Grow TE Connectivity's sales and market share through assigned distributor branches
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships with distributor teams through consistent and meaningful engagement
- Support distribution partners at point-of-sale level (indirect sales model — no direct end-customer selling)
- Develop and execute branch account plans in close collaboration with distribution managers
- Identify, develop, and grow EMS customer opportunities across EMEA in partnership with distribution teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key EMS accounts, supporting distributors to position TE's connector and component portfolio at EMS design and procurement level
- Drive EMS-specific demand generation by identifying EMS design wins, tracking bill-of-materials (BOM) opportunities, and engaging early in the customer procurement cycle
- Collaborate with EMEA Channel and Business Unit teams to align EMS growth strategies and ensure coordinated coverage across the region
- Share market intelligence including competitive insights, EMS customer needs, and emerging trends
- Deliver an outstanding experience for partners throughout the full sales cycle
- Work cross-functionally with internal TE Business Unit teams to support distributor success
- Travel within the territory as needed (primarily Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Munich areas)

- Some experience in account management, sales, or channel/distribution roles — junior and career-change profiles are warmly welcomed
- Experience or familiarity with the EMS ecosystem — including EMS manufacturers, contract manufacturers (CMs), or supply chain/procurement environments — is a strong advantage
- An interest or background in electronics, components, industrial, or technical sectors is a plus — but not essential
- Familiarity with indirect sales or distributor management is an advantage
- A commercial, technical, or any other relevant educational background
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable working across cultures and in international teams
- An understanding of how EMS customers source components and how distribution fits into that supply chain is highly valued
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a genuine focus on people and partnerships
- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
