Job Requirements
- Answering customer calls and emails, providing basic product information and handling simple customer inquiries.
- Processing routine sales transactions and managing basic customer accounts.
- Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Following established sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prospect potential customers, research their needs, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction through the distributor, all without requiring on-site visits.
- Maintain AS/400/AMPICS and SAP systems to automate sales processes, including cost management and the systematic publication of price lists every six months.
- Manage special pricing and its validity for Hispanic Latin America.
- Participate in various activities such as sample requests and maintenance of part and customer master data in AS/400.Work with the entire LATAM team to maintain SFDC and notify DMMs of required updates.
- Ensure that GPMS is consistent with the information previously processed in SAP/AMPICS systems.
- Manage deliveries in Colombia for Future and act as backup support for South America.
