Job Overview

Support the increase of sales in Colombia for the CHANNEL Business Unit and provide system maintenance for sales operations in Colombia and Argentina, primarily.

Job Requirements

  •  Answering customer calls and emails, providing basic product information and handling simple customer inquiries.
  •  Processing routine sales transactions and managing basic customer accounts.
  •  Participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies.
  •  Following established sales processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prospect potential customers, research their needs, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction through the distributor, all without requiring on-site visits.
  • Maintain AS/400/AMPICS and SAP systems to automate sales processes, including cost management and the systematic publication of price lists every six months.
  • Manage special pricing and its validity for Hispanic Latin America.
  • Participate in various activities such as sample requests and maintenance of part and customer master data in AS/400.Work with the entire LATAM team to maintain SFDC and notify DMMs of required updates.
  • Ensure that GPMS is consistent with the information previously processed in SAP/AMPICS systems.
  • Manage deliveries in Colombia for Future and act as backup support for South America.
