The successful candidate will be involved in definition and new product development for pressure sensors.


In your position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Perform systems integrations and design verification activities
  • Evaluate sensors behavior leading to high performing pressure sensors
  • Create models and simulation of systems, including ASIC, MEMS and packaging
  • Participate in global pressure sensor development with teams across the world
  • Pressure sensor software tools elaboration for development
  • Generate reports and present data to management and customers
  • Support in problem resolution with simulation and data deep analysis
  • Participate in development of new processes and technologies


Your strong commitment will make you successful to:

  • Be the link between teams of MEMS, ASIC and package development
  • Be familiar with all factors influencing sensor performances
  • Define new sensors specifications
  • Maintain and develop a high-quality sensor know-how
  • Deliver high performing pressure sensors in line with market speed and needs

What your background should look like:

  • MSc or PhD in Engineering preferred (Systems engineering, electronics, physics, or related field)
  • Several years of experience in electronic industry, sensors is a plus
  • Proficient using simulation tools as MathCad, Matlab or similar, coding competences in Python, C# is a plus
  • Agility in data analysis and its presentation to peers
  • Excellent team player and capable of working independently, able to handle several projects concurrently
  • "Make things happen"-mentality, keen on sensors systems level solutions, you are always looking to push sensors performances limits
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced global environment
  • Energizing and result oriented, you’re always willing to learn and grow in your position
  • Curious, open minded, global and inclusive
  • Fluent in English, French (or willing to learn). German is a plus
