ASIC Analog Design Leader (m/f/d)

Job Overview

Our Swiss manufacturing and development site in Bevaix is IATF 16949 certified; it employs 70 people and is wholly recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in digital pressure sensor systems. Only weighing a few grams, our products are designed to be implemented in diverse applications in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.

 

In this position, you will be leading the Analog architecture for ASIC development. You will be responsible to manage the analog design activities and resources. 

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Working on the analog architecture of our ASIC for sensor signal conditioning. 
  • Driving and supervising the Analog design activities 
  • Close collaboration with the product development team to define the ASIC architecture
  • Set up the workflow, define the deliverables for analog design team
  • Exploration of the limits of the current system design to open new opportunities
  • Closely work with layout team and supervise the layout quality

 

AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Definition, development and management of analog design activity
  • Participation in ASIC project definition and planning
  • Management of the analog design team and interfacing with external partners 
  • Management of analog IP portfolio and development strategy
  • Participation in the definition of TE ASIC roadmap and review with management team
  • Closely work with Project manager and Digital design lead to ensure the delivery and project schedule

What your background should look like:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics and Microelectronic or equivalent degree
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in analog IC Design, including technical leadership on analog IC design
  • Good knowledge on ADC and mixed-signal block design and Experience on low power analog design
  • Knowledge about the architecture of SoC or digital design
  • Proficiency in Analog simulation and mixed-mode simulation
  • Good Knowledge of Cadence design tool and analog design flow
  • Capacity to work independently, to respect deadlines and to handle several projects simultaneously 
  • Experience on Sensor interface and signal conditioning IC will be a big advantage. 
  • Organized, accurate and structured way of working with focus on quality

  • Open minded and intercultural awareness
  • Fluent in English; French language skills would be beneficial
