The Global Talent Acquisition team drives talent acquisition best practices across all Business Units and aspires to deliver best in class talent acquisition solutions.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process supporting our businesses in the US. In addition, the successful candidate will provide consulting to business unit Human Resources on search strategies, manage or participate on project teams for staffing initiatives and provide talent-market intelligence through market research supported by data and metrics. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with an outgoing personality, high energy, ability to adapt to a changing environment, a strong process and organizational focus and a willingness to learn. This role will be functionally aligned to support our open positions and support our growth strategy in fragmented and adjacent markets. The Talent Acquisition Specialist with partner with HR Solutions including Talent Management, Total Rewards and Strategic HR Business Partners.

What your background should look like:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business related field with a minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including sourcing, screening and candidate management
  • Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life-cycle.
  • Ability to operate successfully in a complex matrixed environment
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices
  • Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with a results oriented mindset
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
