If so, this unique position as Team Leader/Manager for High-Voltage Applications in our automotive division might be just what you’re looking for!

Your main tasks:

  • Leadership: Lead a team of developers to design and optimize electromechanical connection concepts and solutions in collaboration with leading European OEMs.
  • Development: Work on innovative solutions to meet the requirements for current-carrying capacity, mechanical robustness, and automation capabilities, advancing e-mobility.
  • Project Management: Plan and allocate resources, deadlines, and priorities within the team, employing agile development methods in a dynamic and networked project environment.
  • Collaboration: Closely collaborate with other TE functional areas, even across locations, and actively support customers in developing solutions.
  • Optimization: Pursue creative approaches in product and process design to optimize costs, quality, and development time.
  • Employee Development: Foster the skills and knowledge of the employees within the development group and implement the company’s goals (KPIs).
  • Quality Assurance: Support ongoing quality and cost optimization measures during series production.

 

Your Profile:

  • Education: Successfully completed studies in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Initial experience in injection molding, stamping, bending, material technology, connection technology, manufacturing technology, and automated assembly.
  • Leadership Experience: Initial experience as a team leader is desirable.
  • Personal Skills: Confident and representative appearance with both internal and external interfaces, high level of responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills for working in an international environment, including good English skills and excellent German skills.
