Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Tax Teams develop and implement systems to compile information for various federal, state, and local reports. They ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns. They assess tax implications surrounding pending mergers and acquisitions. The Tax Teams recommend ways to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations. They may administer international tax laws and regulations and also audit financial records to determine tax liability.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung und Erstellung der Steuererklärungen der deutschen Gesellschaften in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern
Erstellung und Überprüfung des Tax Accounting (USGAAP) der deutschen Gesellschaften
Beurteilung umsatzsteuerlicher Sachverhalte
Betreuung von steuerlichen Außenprüfungen
Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Transferpreise und deren Dokumentation
Analyse der Auswirkungen von Änderungen der Steuergesetzgebung und Gerichtsurteilen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder Finance o.Ä.
Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft im Bereich nationale und internationale Steuern
Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
SAP FI und OneSource Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
