HR Partner (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

Supporting employees and managers in a defined area for all personnel-related matters, as well as solving diverse and complex issues
Coordinating and implementing organizational changes, individual personnel measures, and disciplinary actions
Collaborative partnership with Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development, as well as Business Unit HR and Shared Service Centers
Implementing HR processes in the assigned area (Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning)
Job evaluation and compensation determination according to the existing collective bargaining agreements (GBV)
Contributing to the introduction and implementation of company-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives
Participating in local and cross-location HR projects
Recruiting specialists
Further developing existing tools and processes
Constructive and trustworthy collaboration with the Works Council

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources, or further education with relevant experience in the required field of responsibility
Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial and corporate environment
Good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, tax, and social security law
Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor
Experience in change management is an advantage
High service orientation, commitment, and dedication
Organizational talent and structured working style
Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools, particularly SuccessFactors, is desirable
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
