We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Global Account Manager to lead the growth and development of our most critical multinational client relationships. In this senior role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and executive liaison, responsible for managing complex global accounts, influencing strategic direction, and driving sustainable, long-term value for both the client and our organization.
You will collaborate across regions and business units to align global strategies with local execution, and act as a key contributor to revenue growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Your main tasks:
Strategic Account Leadership:
- Own the overall client relationship and strategic direction for top-tier global accounts.
- Develop and execute global account strategies that drive multi-year revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to deepen engagement and influence decision-making.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Identify global opportunities to expand our footprint within the client organization across business units and geographies.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Proactively manage revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy for assigned accounts.
Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Coordination:
- Lead and align cross-regional account teams to deliver seamless, consistent service to global clients.
- Serve as the strategic internal voice of the customer, working with product, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions that address client needs.
- Facilitate internal strategy sessions and global account reviews with senior leadership.
Client Insight & Market Intelligence:
- Stay ahead of industry trends, client business shifts, and competitive landscapes to inform account strategy.
- Provide actionable intelligence to support innovation and solution development.
- Share thought leadership and contribute to the strategic positioning of our brand with global accounts.
Your ideal background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in global or enterprise account management, business development, or strategic client partnerships.
- Proven track record of managing Fortune 500 or multinational accounts with complex stakeholder landscapes and multimillion-dollar revenue responsibility.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast-paced, and cross-cultural environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 20%).
