Job Overview
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and present the roadmap of strategic opportunities for our BPM capabilities in alignment with business goals and drivers
• Collaborate with business champions/key users, engineering solutions personnel and other TE Information Solutions (TEIS) teams to analyze, improve and maintain business processes and solutions
• Accomplished in the use of Voice of the Customer techniques to ensure the capture of comprehensive requirements
• Document user requirements for new functionality of our BPM Solutions.
• Communicate with software developers and/or vendors to request enhancements or report application improvements/inefficiencies
• Promote the adoption of BPM solutions and educate users/management/TEIS personnel on their benefits and limitations
Required Skills
• Deep experience with business process management and/or business process automation including 3 or more years of knowledge
• Analytical skills to understand business processes and gather requirements
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing phases of a project from requirements gathering, quality management and on-time delivery
• Excellent organization, verbal/ written communication and presentation skills with demonstrated business savvy to interact with management, users, contract resources, developers, vendors, and other Information Technology teams.
• Strong spoken and written English language communication
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong demonstrated ability to work independently and across organizational boundaries
• Ability to travel and to flex daily work schedule as needed to allow for time-zone differences to support global teamwork, planning, communication, and training
• Strong experience in mapping business processes to new technologies
• Strong analytic skills and understanding of data-driven business decision making
• Continuous improvement experience with measurable efficiency gains
Desired Skills
• Experience working in a global organization
• Knowledge of engineering design, and engineering to manufacturing transition processes, preferably in the electronic components manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of user experience and user interface concepts, techniques and assessment frameworks
• Domain knowledge business process automation
• Experience and/or certification with Pega Systems
