EH&S Analyst (m/w/d) - Sustainability

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations.


Our TE Connectivity site in Bensheim is looking for an EH&S Analyst (m/f/d) in the field of Sustainability 


Your responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy
  • Participation in CO2 balancing in accordance with the GHG Protocol
  • Preparation and coordination of sustainability reporting based on recognized standards
  • Analysis of structures, areas and processes with regard to social, ecological and economic as-pects
  • Implementation of sustainability standards
  • Participation in and implementation of sustainability communication
  • Advising and supporting departments on sustainability topics and issues
  • Raising awareness, enthusiasm and visibility for the topic of sustainability
  • Research activities on sustainability management topics
  • Project management and project control in the area of ESG data procurement on a national as well as European level
  • Preparation of results presentations with recommendations for action

What your background should look like:


  • Master’s degree in technical, economic, or natural sciences studies with a focus on sustainability management or comparable
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage 
  • Fluent German skills and very good English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, independent, and pragmatic thinking and acting
  • Strong problem solving, excellent comprehension, strategic and tactical thinking as well as analytical skills
