Customer QUALITY Agent Automotive EMEA (f/m/d)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

The Customer Quality Agent has the responsibility to work according common quality specification and regulations in order to build up quality customer relation and to be the quality voice of the customer.


  • Communication of Customer Specific Requirements to responsible TE units…
  • Support and mediator of the customer and TE function units for problem solutions as well as escalations of customer problems with the responsible TE units.
  • Leadership for customer scorecards (internal / external reporting)
  • Discussion of quality targets with the customer in order to find a common understanding
  • Lead a small team and drive improvement activities within TE in regards to the customer of responsibility and the related scorecard rating

What your background should look like:


  • Educational Degree: MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer 
  • 5 Years of experience within Automotive Quality (Quality Manager or Engineer, Customer manager with Q-background)
  • Knowledge in statistics and basic tools of quality
  • Communication and mediator competence
  • Presentation skills
  • Independent working behaviour
  • Team worker
  • English business fluent and very good German knowledge
  • Willing to travel up to 50 % within the EMEA region
