Job Overview
Our EMEA head office in Bensheim, Hessen is looking for an Analyst (m/f/d) Sustainability
Your responsibilities:
- Support in the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy
- Support in development and implementation CO2-calculation (PCF, LCA, EPD) in accordance with the GHG Protocol
- Preparation and coordination of sustainability reporting based on recognized standards
- Analysis of structures, functions, and processes regarding social, ecological and economic aspects
- Implementation of sustainability standards
- Advising and supporting departments topics and issues of sustainability
- Research activities on sustainability management topics and reporting
- Project management and project control of various sustainability projects
- Preparation of presentations of results and recommendations for action
- Sensitize colleagues to the topic of sustainability, inspire them and make them more present in everyday life
What your background should look like:
- Completed university degree preferably with a technical / economic / scientific diploma or a similar degree with a focus on sustainability management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and others are an ad-vantage
- Experience in automating the LCA calculations
- Knowledge of LCA calculations software (Umberto, SimaPro, others)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of German is beneficial
- Strong in project-oriented collaboration and team communication
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, independent, and pragmatic thinking and acting
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
- Driver's license is required
