ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/f)

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

- Execute the promotion and sales of TE products and new technologies for the assigned accounts on my AM Territory.
- Contribute to define and apply TE Strategy for the customer according to Global and Regional Account Managers and EMEA Sales Management, in order to accomplish the TE Revenue Pipeline (TERP) and Sales Targets required by the company.
- Increase TE Market Share, provide Extraordinary Customer Experience by building customer partnership.

Responsibilities:
                        
1. SALES ACTIONS  To promote sales actions to keep and win business, assuring a growth above EMEA vehicles production increase.


2. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION  Increase customer satisfaction level by Extraordinary Customer Experience.


3. NEW SALES  Win new sales and engineering projects.


4. MAJOR PROJECTS  Win 5 major projects.


5. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES  Avoid overdue Account Receivables.


6. BUDGET AND FORECAST REVISIONS  Original Budget and Forecast revisions accuracy


7. EHS   Follow the directives coming from the “Sistema de Gestión de la Compañía” regarding Environment, Health and Safety, reporting to line manager any non-compliance to this procedure in order to grant adequate safety in the job and respect to environment. In case of positions with direct reports, he/she will be responsible of meeting EHS regulations by all reports (direct or indirect) and assets under responsibility. If the reports belong to a different Legal Entity, the incumbent will be responsible to supervise the compliance of the equivalent local regulations with the help of the adequate local functions.
