Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

In-process inspection co-ordination
1)    Drawing review and Customer specification review. 
2)    Prepare In process inspection check sheets for all new products.
3)    Modification of Final / In-process inspection check sheets based on the customer requirement/drawing changes/best practice.
4)    Timely Inspection clearance to ensure smooth transaction in SAP without any challenges/bottlenecks.
5)    Co -ordinate with CFT Team for any deviations and monitoring of deviations are closed as per the timeline.
6)    In process rejection tracking and taking appropriate actions along with CFT to avoid repeated failures
7)    Daily monitoring of COPQ and raising flag wherever high Scrap rate.
8)    Provide Trainings to team members as required on quality tools. 
9)     Participate in SMT(Self-Managed Team) program and coach a team as assigned. 
10)     Drive improvement projects to reduce inspection lead time and improve the efficiency of inspection process.
11)    Drive layered Process audit across all the value stream and ensure observations are closed with proper action plan. 
12)    NC parts review / MRB Dispositions / Piece Part rejections handling- co-ordinate with incoming quality / Rejection summary reports / Quality cost reports preparations
13)    Internal Audits / External audit co-ordination 
14)    NC closure with teams.

BE in Mechanical/ Electronics and communication Engineering   

QMS audits, NC handling, CAPA management, In-process audits experience in mechanical industry min 5-8 yrs
