Job Overview

HR Partner is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices. This role ensures alignment with local labor regulations and company standards, supports effective execution of HR global and regional projects and initiatives.

What your background should look like:

HR Policy & Governance
•    Develop, review, and continuously improve company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, transparency, and full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
•    Establish and maintain a structured policy management framework, including standardized documentation, approval workflows, version control, and audit trails.
•    Own the lifecycle of HR policies, from drafting, stakeholder alignment, approval, communication, to periodic review and retirement.
•    Monitor, interpret, and analyze local labor laws and regulatory changes, translating them into actionable HR policies and practices.
•    Proactively assess compliance risks and update policies and processes to mitigate potential legal or operational exposure.
•    Design and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices, ensuring strong understanding and adoption.
•    Develop clear and effective communication strategies to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of HR policy updates across the organization.
•    Partner with HR teams, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive effective implementation and adoption of policies across all functions.
•    Track policy implementation, monitor adherence, and conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure consistent application across departments.
•    Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements

Project Management
•    Lead and support the execution of global, regional, and local HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and HR strategy.
•    Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
•    Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
•    Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective collaboration across teams.
•    Provide regular project updates, reporting status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.
•    Drive standardization and continuous improvement through project learnings, best practices, and process optimization.
•    Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements.
HR Operations & Other Responsibilities
•    Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently, and in
     compliance with company policies and local laws.
•    Support day-to-day HR operational activities, including mandatory employee training programs, compliance reporting, and documentation management.
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of HR systems, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and employee.

Qualifications & Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
•    Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company environment.
•    Solid understanding of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy governance.eg Employee Handbook.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in policy documentation.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
•    Proficient in HR systems and digital tools (e.g., HRIS, case management, MS Office).
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
