Job Description

The EHS Business Unit Data & Analytics Analyst supports BU and site-level EHS organizations through advanced data analytics, metrics consolidation, predictive modeling, and digital visualization. This role also supports AI-enabled EHS applications and data integration initiatives in partnership with IT and Digital teams.

  • Consolidate EHS data from enterprise platforms and systems.
  • Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and standardization.
  • Develop and manage standardized BU EHS KPIs and metrics.
  • Provide metrics and reporting support to sites and BU EHS leadership.
  • Analyze EHS performance trends and risk drivers.
  • Develop predictive and leading-indicator analytics.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Support BU operating reviews and executive reporting.
  • Support AI-enabled EHS applications and analytics tools.
  • Partner with IT/Digital teams on data integration and automation.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with AI software and integration technology preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills to communicate with global business leaders such as SEA, Mexico, China and United States.
