The EHS Business Unit Data & Analytics Analyst supports BU and site-level EHS organizations through advanced data analytics, metrics consolidation, predictive modeling, and digital visualization. This role also supports AI-enabled EHS applications and data integration initiatives in partnership with IT and Digital teams.
- Consolidate EHS data from enterprise platforms and systems.
- Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and standardization.
- Develop and manage standardized BU EHS KPIs and metrics.
- Provide metrics and reporting support to sites and BU EHS leadership.
- Analyze EHS performance trends and risk drivers.
- Develop predictive and leading-indicator analytics.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Support BU operating reviews and executive reporting.
- Support AI-enabled EHS applications and analytics tools.
- Partner with IT/Digital teams on data integration and automation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with AI software and integration technology preferred.
- Strong English communication skills to communicate with global business leaders such as SEA, Mexico, China and United States.
