CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST I
Job Overview
Responsibilities
1. Order and Quote Management:
- Manage customer quote requests, pricing approvals, and sales orders.
- Oversee order confirmation, changes, and backlog adjustments.
- Track shipments, expedite deliveries, and resolve issues related to RMA or goods replacement.
2. Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Support specific customer needs like labeling, packing, and customs requirements.
- Drive improvements using customer feedback and surveys.
3. Supply Chain Coordination:
- Manage inventory levels, forecasts, and consignment stock.
- Work with planning teams to align capacity with customer demand.
- Resolve logistics and customs issues efficiently.
4. Billing and Credit Management:
- Ensure timely billing and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor customer credit status and address credit-related concerns.
What your background should look like:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3+ years of customer service experience in the same or related industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and processes.
- Chinese language proficiency (nice to have).
