TE’s Global Operations Support Team is seeking an experienced Trainer for Voice, Accent & Written Communication Skills.  In this role, you will train and coach team members in our Bangalore location on the proper verbal and written communication skills including verbal pronunciation, voice modulation, listening, speaking, and written English communication skills.  You will design and deliver blended learning solutions for facilitator-led training, self-paced eLearning, and coaching to strengthen Business English verbal and written communication skills while also reinforcing the delivery of an Extraordinary Customer Experience for our global customers.  As a member of the Global Operations Support Team, the Trainer will work closely with team members to execute a training strategy for our Product Specialists, Inside Sales, Customer Care and Leader groups.  If you have a passion for learning and world-class customer service, we encourage you to apply. 

  • Lead the development and delivery of blended learning and coaching solutions, for Voice & Accent as well as Written Communication Skills used in a Corporate Customer Service environment and as directed by Global Operations Support Team.  
  • Voice & Accent scope includes voice modulation, clarity of speech, accent neutralization, correct grammar & pronunciation, listening, and comprehension.  
  • Written communications scope includes clear, complete and accurate written responses to customer inquiries while ensuring use of correct spelling, grammar and word choice to fully resolve the customer’s inquiry at the first point of contact.  
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment.  Based on Verbal and Written communication needs, design, develop & deliver blended learning solutions to address needs for the new hire, tenured and leader groups.  
  • Assess/Certify learner achievement to ensure the delivery of superior verbal and written communications.  Conduct remediation for outliers as-needed.  
  • Monitor and analyze verbal and written communications for real-time feedback.  Provide ongoing coaching to reinforce continued skill building.  Measure learning curve and analyze data to report on goal achievement.
  • Conduct calibrations for all groups to identify and syndicate best practices.
  • Maintain employee training records, evaluate and make recommendations on training content, methodology & technology for improved learner performance.
  • Work with Global Operations Support Team to deliver Process and Quality improvements aligned to deliver Extraordinary Customer Experiences (Making it easy for customers to do business with TE, Resolving at the first point of contact, and Enabling Consultative Selling for business growth)
  • Maintain knowledge repository for Voice, Accent & Written Communication Skill Improvement.
