Job Requirements

• • • Perform Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculations for individual products and support Scope 3 CO₂ assessments aligned with GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, and ISO 14067.
    • Knowledge of Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and their relevance in sustainability reporting and PCF assessments.
    • Support development and optimization of CO₂ calculation methodologies and sustainability data models.
    • Prepare and coordinate CO₂/PCF reporting at product and project levels based on recognized sustainability standards.
    • Use Power BI and Tableau to analyze, consolidate, and visualize Sustainability/PCF data through automated dashboards that enable insights, trends, and data‑driven decisions.
    • Track and report key KPIs including PCF completion rate, data accuracy, supplier submission rate, CO₂ emission trends, turnaround time, and carbon‑reduction progress.
    • Engage with TE affiliates, customers, and internal teams to address sustainability, PCF, or system-related queries.
    • Participate in monthly/bi‑monthly sustainability meetings and cross-functional discussions to share updates and drive alignment.
    • Provide clarity on sustainability documentation, data repositories, and engineering processes involved in PCF activities.
    • Lead and mentor a team of associates to ensure efficient execution of Sustainability and PCF operations.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce process waste and enhance productivity, accuracy, and data quality.
    • Initiate and deliver efficiency-improvement projects focusing on automation, data utilization, and optimized reporting workflows.

What your background should look like

• • Bachelor of Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Engineering / MSc in chemistry
  • 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in Sustainability and PCF calculations, preferably at a unit or enterprise level.
  • Experience in the automation of PCF/LCA calculations and working experience on Tableau and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in working as a team and across regions / time zones. Curiosity to understand, and ability to address and solve problems.
  •  Ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions inside TE and outside, as example customers and suppliers.

  • Must require experience in Power BI and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and their relevance in sustainability reporting and PCF assessments.

  • Good written / verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation Skills
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow optimization.
