TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.

TE Connectivity's Sales & Operations Planning Teams drives the capacity planning from the market and customer input to the initiation of capacity expansions to guarantee constant delivery to our customers. Therefore, they both collaborate with and support the Automotive Sales/Marketing Team as well as interact with Project Management, Operations and Customer Supply Chain to inquire about product, market and supply information.
Sales & Operations Planning is an integrated business function that allows the leadership team to continually achieve focus, alignment and synchronization among all functions of the organization. To fulfill the requirements on forecast accuracy and ship-to-request performance, that is dependent TE’s data accuracy and all stakeholder’s process attainment.
While the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning Demand Team is responsible for the demand forecasting of all finished-good items that are sold within the region consolidating different input streams (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Customer Information, Project Management and external market information), the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning Supply Team uses this forecast requirements to evaluate capacity load and expansion needs to guarantee a balanced demand and supply within TE Automotive.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Support in Monitoring and Completing the New Product Introduction data provided in TE Projects, Salesforce.com and Central Part Registry to guarantee these parts get loaded correctly into the Planning System
- Support the Demand S&OP Team with Analysis/Reporting/Assignments to enhance the Demand Forecast Accuracy
- Support in monthly demand review preparation

- Support of collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing Engineering Organization on KPI preparation and reporting.
- Support the Supply S&OP Team with Analysis/Reporting/Assignments to enhance the Capacity Planning
- Assist on Capacity Checks both on the Customer Input side as well as the Capacity Analysis side to guarantee a fast and valid feedback to internal customers

- Optionally participate in projects related to Demand S&OP and Continuous Improvement (TEOA).

- Economical background preferred
- 3+ years of work experience, preferred in Automotive or ICT environment
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, One Note, Planner, Word, Access, Visio)
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP/Planning system
- Advanced level of English (verbal & written); further languages beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and skills
- High Level of Motivation, independent working habit and focus on teamwork
- High Service and Quality Orientation
- General Technical Understanding
